Shipping Information 

Orders will be shipped as quickly as possible and will include a receipt. Orders placed after 4:00pm (EST) on Friday, will not be processed until the following business day. The order total will reflect actual shipping charges, plus a $2.00 handling and processing fee.

The estimated shipping rates below are fairly close to the actual cost of shipping. In most cases, The Quilt Store will adjust the shipping charges to the actual amount paid to the shipper.

*Please Note: All prices are in Canadian funds. The above shipping charges are estimates only. The Quilt Store has the right to charge actual shipping plus a $2.00 handling and processing fee.  In most cases, The Quilt Store will adjust the shipping charges to the actual amount paid to the shipper, plus a $2.00 handling and processing fee. All orders are manually processed through our Point of Sale system. All orders will include a receipt reflecting the actual shipping charges, plus the $2.00 handling and processing fee, plus any applicable taxes. 

*Exceptions:

• Extra Shipping charges may be applied to orders where size is bulky or weight is excessive.
• For remote areas of Canada and the U.S.A. where shipping is much higher (due to having to fly Postal in by small aircraft, etc.) shipping charges will be adjusted accordingly.
• Actual Shipping charges plus a $2.00 handling and processing fee will be charged on the Block of the Month that contains all the finishing parts (such as borders, bindings, etc.)

Returns Policy

ONLINE RETURNS POLICY
Exchange or credit only within 30 days for online purchases with original receipt and items in original packaging and/or with tags still attached. Items may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Exchanges and credits will be issued once items are returned to us. Refunds will not be given for shipping & handling charges.

Return Shipping and Handling charges are the responsibility of the customer. Evelyn´s Sewing Centre/thequiltstore.ca will not accept returns that are COD.

GENERAL
Sale items and cut yardage may not be returned. Due to copyright laws patterns, books, and embroidery cards may not be returned. All returns must be in original condition and packaging, and they must not have a smoke or pet odour to them. Returns that have a smoke or pet odour will not be refunded.
